Subject: RE: Thirty Inch Versus Fifteen Inch Rows in Soybeans

Morris, IL
Been using heavy pre plant residuals and heavy trash seems to help me anyway so far. And yeah I know will probably need a planned post second layer, will probably start this year. We’ve had very clean beans besides 2016, before and after we pretty much spray RU to clean up few odds and ends, grass, volunteer corn, very late as fields have been clean. Even in 16’ quite a bit cleaner then average field in area. Guys stepped up on pre herbicides bit more this year I think, I know we did it made big difference.

Honestly had more problems in corn last year with those heavy rains. Easy to see pressure is climbing fast in all fields. Sorry if something I said made you mad, just what I have found.
