Watching this thread with interest. I’ll add something outside the yield spectrum. The advent of xtend beans makes a quick canopy much more valuable. Basically 30in rows means you need a *good* residual post. Now with xtends...you could avoid the cost of a good residual and get enough value from dicamba post to get you to canopy. Narrow rows also encourage earlier post applications imho.
