You could purchase a planter toolbar like
https://talk.newagtalk.com/classifieds/Classified.aspx?id=92656 and then add strip fresheners like farmergrant did. Makes a pretty inexpensive and very effective machine.

edit: If you are wanting to add liquid you could put a smaller tank on the toolbar, add tanks to your tractor (depending on tractor), or pull a tank as Grant did.
