Southeast Colorado | I am in good milo growing country. It is pretty common for it to start going down before you get it all harvested. Especially if it has stressed any...............which is almost a given at some point in its life here. After all that's why we grow the stuff in the first place! The one thing that would really help pick up acres would be if they ever can get those grass control hybrids to market. They've had them for quite a while but evidently folks are still fighting over patent rights. It is really hard to keep sandburs and other grassy weeds out of milo. | |
