| I would likely drive it.
If I was hauling it 1.5 miles I wouldn't chain it down unless it was a busy road. Put the bucket down with some pressure on it and it will hold it for a short slower trip.
The kind of trailer you have would also be a factor. A tilt deck would be quick to load. Folding ramps would be alright. A trailer that has ramps stored under and you have to place every time isn't as handy or fast to load. | |
