Is this owned ground? Do you rent any ground? If you rent any I’d say you would have some upset landlords. I would make an honest budget and see what you make with his rent price figured in. If yit’s ur going to make more with him farming it, I’d look into it. Here they want to chop rye, spread manure, plant and chop corn, spread manure, plant rye.. Year after year. Yields seem to stay pretty good.
if you're up front with your landlords, and can afford to farm theirs; I've seen stuff like that done before, and it doesn't upset any balances. keeps the money flow good and relationships good too
