I would be very cautious. I thought milk prices were kind of slow right now? Along with low crop prices makes you wonder where the money is coming from?
Chopping with trucks can cause a lot of compaction. If it's wet it will be a mess.
Is this a short term rent? If so I would be doing soil test before and after and he pays price to get back to where it was.
Should I rent the land out?
