Is the Agleader a standard nine pin? Some of their stuff had a non-standard with power running though some of the wires, it would fry most thing that were standard nine pin. If it is standard you should be able to hook the mojo right to it. I wouldn't worry to much about nuts and screws, just take off what in the way. Null modems and gender benders can be bought from Radio shack for a few dollars, I keep a couple lying around for such projects.
