SW Minnesota | They should replace your whole farm acre for acre plus all the permits you have include dwelling and other buildings in clouding well septic etc. the airport commission wanted to do that in our area a few years ago when I was on the coop board, we had large propane tanks, a spur for rail cars a building and well and a couple of acres when the found out the cost of replacing the rail spur and relocating it was soon dropped.get a good lawyer. | |
