Dpilot83, if it was me I would dig a couple of holes and cement two 2" galv. pipes into the ground next to your power pole 2-3' apart. Thread the tops of the pipes to accept a threaded cap to keep water and wasps out of them. Then use 2 uni-struts and clamps fastened to pipes to mount your electrical boxes. Take all boxes off the pole, just leave meter base on pole as that belongs to power company. I would also mount these boxes high enough so little kids won't be tempted to try and open them when your not looking. All this is going to cost you is a pipe threaded at both ends & two threaded caps, cut it in half and cement cut end in hole. A couple bags of quick crete, and some uni-strut and clamps.
