Well, what you miss about it is that the tile acts like a bin fan running backwards during cleanout.  The tile pulling moisture from the soil therefore creates a low-pressure area at the surface creating a downdraft to hold the dicamba down so that it doesn't off-gas into the atmosphere and drift hours after application.  More tile = more downdraft to hold the dicamba down.  Geez.  ha
