If they dont ask why pay???? If they ask then you pay, if it's affordable. Do you go to an implement or car dealer and say " That is too cheap, I'll give you this"??? Not very many landlords that'll approach you first about lowering rents in tough times either!!! Farming is the only industry where we are told what we get for our product instead of telling what we need for our product......bottom line is huge!!!!!!!
