Illinois | If you have another business interest to keep him busy year around when your not farming and supplement his wages it makes a big difference. I know its debatable how much a person makes trucking, but if the new guy ran a semi for hire it would offset his cost. Trucking was just an example, You could have livestock, excavating the list goes on, bottom line; if an additional person generated additional income to support his weekly expense it helps tremendously.
