Central To Everything and Close to Nothing
I think on a GS2, 3-4 seconds is a common look ahead value on NH3. The headland boundary is one advantage that the GS2 has over the Insight right now as you can have that boundary plus the exterior field boundary on the screen. For doing your headlands last, this works really good, however, your field boundary has to be good as the headland boundary is based off of the field boundary. The GS2 has a provision to drive the headland boundary, but if you want to do your headlands last this really isn't an option.

With iTEC Pro this fall, we ran into a situation where the field boundary had been created while spraying and the operator had the end of the boom into the grass on one end of the field. When we created a constant offset headland boundary, we initially struggled to get the tool to raise and lower at the desired headland which we were trying establish the same as the seeding headland from the spring. We ended up having to use the top and bottom offset for the headland boundary and then adjust the headland offset on the one end. After getting that figured out, it worked awesome. Doing headlands last with that setup is very impressive!!
