Western EC Iowa | I spent my morning making boundaries that are 80 feet in from the fenceline/ditch/etc... Reason being, we strip till and don't want to do the ends till last so we don't have tracks all over them from turning or going after another tank. Using an Insight, I just drove the tractor down the line with an offset to the left 73 feet. This boundary will only be used for NH3 app and maybe sidedress next year. When I want an outer boundary, I can just export the ones I made today and put in the outers that were made earlier. I wish there was a way to take an outer boundary and shrink it on all sides 60, 80 or whatever you wanted so you only had to do this once. The request has been made multiple times, don't see it happening any time soon... Ben | |
