NE Nebraska | I'd think you'd be fine, but I'm not an expert. I know of people who freeze corn on the cob without blanching. I would think that you'd want to use those bags in recipes that involve cooking (soups & scalloped corn) and not in recipes that would involve just thawing out the corn (salads or salsa). As someone suggested, you might want to check with an extension agent. | |
