They must be measuring the Nebraska drought ares under the pivots. It is spotty, but I can't believe Nebraska is in D-0 and D-1 droughts. Last week I would maybe agree with that map, but we lost 50 bushel an acre in a week. On the dry land. There is a lot of dryland areas that will make 0, zilch, nadda.
