Finland, up there in north where noboby farms!
Laurent, from France!

We have two used JD drills here, came from Germany. Other was 6 meter, and it was narrowed to 3 meter and converted seed/fer operation. Other is 4 meter and runs only seed, what is untypical here.

You are very right about dealers. JD only sales tractors and combines here and there is no point to even talk to them about drills.

Last time when I talket to Manheim 4 meter drill was more money than US 30 ft (9.1 meter) whit out seed box!!!!!! European model still would need fertilizer system and seed box is way to small for our rates!

I'm sure you are thinking, that I'm crazy to fool around these drills. We really do not have too good options here.... Difficult soils, different seed rates, dry fertilizer on same time, etc. puts our needs little different direction.

Here is Lamusa drill that also looks like JD. Makes you wonder how close original set up you can go, who made first opener and if there is pat. on it?
