NE Mo
Thought the CDL thing kicked in at 1200 lbs. rather than gals. Maybe the 1200 lbs and 100 gals are nearly the same.
We use air to move motor oil and diesel fuel as well. We like it, but one thing to consider, not a big problem but when the tank is less than half full of fuel/oil, it takes a while for the air to fill the tank enough for the fuel/oil of start coming out of the hose. We have a 1000 gal fuel tank, and sometimes I just run the full 100+ hose from the pressure tank for maybe 30+ seconds to get the pressure in the tank sooner. The hook up the regulator. It only takes maybe 5 lbs of pressure to make diesel fuel run
Hope this helps. Still, I like the air vs the elec pump.
