in my case speeds are always the same, agitation is as well. yesterday I upped the upper PWM limit from 58.97 to 75. that seemed to help a little.
I'm not sitting in front of mine (won't be until at least Monday), but if I recall correctly, I have upped that number to 100. I have some Field IQ documentation, but most of the settings are not mentioned in the documentation.
