South Eastern VA | My garden has been notill for twenty years or so.. every fall I plant annual ryegrass and let it get really tall, spray it with generic glyphosate and let it die. I poke a hole into the ground to put my seeds in and once everything starts to grow I take hay bales and chop them up with a push mower with the bagger attached and mulch everything. Works great and I don't have to water as much as my neighbors who till thier gardens 600 times just so weeds can take over. Lol
