they are good planters bharzman, the problem with them was that they are a "see what you can get by with machine".

meaning that they would plant when a lot of the components should've been replaced many acres ago, and then you get the " I don't understand why my emergence/stand looks so crappy".

there are a fair number of them running in our area yet, and while a picket fence stand probably isn't achievable with one of them, I got some neighbors that have theirs tuned up pretty good, and it does a pretty good job.  some of the highest yielding corn last year we harvested last year was planted by a 950 cyclo.
