| I can't think turning warm and dry is good when corn will be trying to come thru the crust left behind or the mud on the leaves that need a rinse. Not a factor in final yield, just might mean more replant..replanting in the first half of May won't get the markets excited. The markets are in a 'believe it when I see it" mode anyway...they are not going to play any rally early. Market traders and grain buyers are: rain good, snow good, dry good, hot good, cold good, all good. Too much grain, party like it is 1982. Someday they will be burned, but for now, they in control and turning the screws a little tighter. Fireworks will come, just no idea how long the wait. We need to find a way to grab on to those cow's tails up the charts. | |
