mascoutah, IL | Around here it is a mindset with a lot of guys. Once they pull that anhydrous applicator out of the field they are done with nitrogen for the year regardless what happens. Why, I don't know. Just the way it is. We split apply and will make up what we feel is lost on the second pass according to what we think our yield potential is. It is getting a little better now since there are a few custom y drop machines around. | |
