nw pa | like the foam fillers but i would try the plastic thingies you wash dishes with. might take a couple to plug the hole and allow water through. they will cut down on water flow some but will drain through the plastic.
like these no foam centers though. leave them sticking up and inch or two so leaves don't cover them.
