Subject: Barn gutters plugging problem

Hi, have a barn that the gutters are always getting plugged where the down spout and gutters meet. The barn is about 30 ft from the neighbors trees and every time the wind blows from the south they get plugged. The gutters are about 25ft up from the ground and it's not exactly level ground to hop on a step ladder. There has to be a tool or some kind of claw that I could use instead of a ladder to unplug them. I talked to the guys that put the gutters on and asked about gutter gaurds or screens and they think in my particular situation I'm sol and just need to climb up and clean them. I was thinking maybe hook a leaf blower into the bottom of the down spout too? Any ideas or tricks you guys use? I can't be the only one that has this problem lol
