what size is your down spout? If small 2 bye 4 tube a 3 bye 5 tube plugs way less or even larger if you can. The shape and how they cut it into the bottom gutter also plays a part. if they zipped screws into it it makes a great leaf twig catcher.

Not saying its right but this does not plug,,,all else fails,,,take the end off the gutter and let it free fall out the end.

You HAVE to make sure water runs away fast and does not pound a hole in the ground. Concrete below,splash blocks,

Still have to blow the leaves out when they are dry with a leaf blower on long pvc pipe. OR a water pressure tip like a pressure washer on long pipe and slight angle up top.

Yes gutter guards are a joke
