SE Nebraska | Everyone's situation is different I guess. I work during the day so I cannot be around checking my cattle for trouble during the day so calving ease works for me. I can see the disadvantage of stacking calving ease though. I have pretty small calves but they still wean out at 650+ so I haven't been disappointed with what I am currently running. After their 2nd calf, the cows have the size to handle a bigger calf imo. | |
