nc Ia. | I had an accident a few years back (two broken legs) and was bedridden for 3 weeks. I was on Medicare at the time and the only therapy I had was a therapist stopped to see me once and told me what I needed to do. As soon as I was able to walk again I went to a gym every other day for about a month. It took about a year to get back to normal, don't know if actual therapy would have helped or not.
