Lone Wolf, Ok | I just went through similar -- on me -- ins approved rehab (in-patient) after a total hip replacement
when billing went through - they now say 'out of network'
Since then I have received numerous EOB's -- some that say 0 some 50-50 and now one that says rehab facility will end up eating everything.
definitley fight for it -- but be sure and write down everything ---
If you can deal with out-paitient therapy -- that will be much cheaper (and easier for any form of insurance to swallow)
