like to se a pic of the emerged plants, but it sounds like you are dragging seed.   you don't have any seed firmers or starter fert tubes in the seed trench do you???
make sure your bar is pulling straight across, they have had a issue with the wing joints being jigged up out of line.

is it doing it on one set rows of more than others?

one other thing, if you are typically planting at less than 6mph at 30k or less, you might want to go to the 3655 plates.
