How consistent are the batches of seed you are getting? One thing I have found with the case planters, which I worked on the series earlier than yours, is if the seed sized is fairly inconsistent and the singulaters are set tight enough to prevent doubles with the smaller seed they can knock the larger seed off of the disc. Have you tried opening them a bit to see if it makes a difference?
