Another option would be DigiFarm VBN network. www.GoDigiFarm.com
They have higher accuracy over your CORS network and will work with any GPS equipment you have as long as its RTK unlocked.
Another benefit is you don't need to have another rtk base station just for the tile plow. You can use that money toward the plow or control system.
We started plowing our own tile two years ago and we went with a base at first but this coming spring we are setup to run the DigiFarm network for our tile plow. We have been using it for our guidance for the last year and are very happy with them.
Another option for tile plow software would be Ag Leader and the intellisope system.

This is what we use and we have been very happy with it and its very user friendly. If you are starting out from scratch with your tiling system I would take a hard look at them. They also own the tile plow company Soil-Max. We bought a ZD pull type in 2015 after using a friends Johnson plow in 2014. I was a big difference in the way it pulled, in my opinion.
