Bardstown,KY | I would also kill it in the fall but if you can't get it done I would spray it in the spring as early a possible with glyphosate and come back a week later with some gramoxone and it will be toast. I would not be afraid of corn in sod if you do it right, with the sod dead I would add a insecticide like capture to your in-furrow fertilizer. I have raised some good crops planted into green sod but it was mostly done on a small scale and it was in years that rained to much. | |
