while the speed may be factor in this issue, i would tend to believe the valve setup is not correct. basically your vavle is set up to be too aggressive and it is overshooting your target rate. what type of servo valve does your sprayer have. go into the SETUP,APPLICATION,CONTROLLER tab. select the sprayer's controller and hit CONTROLLER SETTINGS. this should tell you what the servo type is. if it is an inline or bypass servo, take the REPSONCE THREASHOLD up by one point until you are satisfied with the rate adjustment. if it is a PWM of any type. take the PWM Gain down by 10 until you are satisfied. follow these steps and it should improve proformance.
