The application reports are a PDF file and will also include a map of the applied area.  Which is read in Adobe.  You have to make a report for each field, it just doesn't appear on the card by itself.

You need SMS or some other software.

Copy to card is fine to use, thats all I use.  Just make sure you copy the card into the software right away, and I always make a second copy of the card, so I have all my data in SMS and another copy on a CD.  Plus another copy on the harddrive on my computer.
