Where Lewis and Clark finished the rum | What version windoze?
I have versions of most of these. Not much $$ ea. Is drive SATA, PATA, IDE?? Does it make any sound under power? If not, that's not good, in my experience. There are many tricks and myths. And sometimes the myths (like the freezer) work - for a while.
SO YOU HAVE TO BE A BOY SCOUT AND BE PREPARED TO GO GET THAT DATA.

Then you can use those and a third HD to backup the second, new, hd from the busted one that started this thread.
