Do they make an adapter for usb? Is there a connection in a desktop that has the same connections, the reason I as is the connections do not look the same as a regular size hard drive? Thanks for the input! There are several different types of hard drives. If your desktop is older and your laptop is newer then the laptop may have SATA and the deskop may have IDE. Is the cable on the desktop a lot wider than the one on the laptop? Anyways, if the laptop is SATA which is a much smaller plug then you can maybe use this: 2.5" External Hard Drive Enclosure Not sure how well it would work. I've never used one, much less for that purpose. |
