When ever I had someone wanting to lease to me I always checked out their place close-----------a couple of the things I looked for were small bins and augers as well as livestock eating whole grain . As a kid I knew a guy who stole two 5 gallon buckets off of every load he hauled . He claimed it wasn't theft as it just covered the scale breaks. I call it theft
