The abstract numbers are what really make autosteer worth it.  And the smaller the implement the bigger the impact.  I say abstract, they are real, just not so visible. Going from a 15 ft width to a 30 ft width you can see it is twice as big.  The benefit from not lapping so much is real, but you don't really see it (well, unless you keep track of every minute spent in a field.  Even I am not that OCD)
