Just did a 4lb pork loin a couple days ago on traeger. 300 degrees until 155 internal temp, took about 3 hrs. Had a lot of compliments, good smoke flavor without to much, I cut mine with a fork. I use pecan wood mainly, it's good on everything I have cooked.
Like others said for pulled pork, wrap it up and take to 200 if you want it to fall apart.
