Midwest
There is a book out there that many MBA students were forced to read called " A corporate tragedy, The agony of International Harvester" I am not going to attribute the down fall to bad management. It was a business plan that left them unfocused and vulnerable, and you all know the rest of the story. It is a classic example of thinking "too big to fail" and inbred management that got preoccupied with other things than managing the company.
