Our assessor is actually going around warning everyone it's coming. They base values off of the past three years of sales. Its black and white, based off a formula. As long as theres a science to it I'll go along, even though begrudgingly. Will probably level off/go down next year, as all farm sales this year in area are down 1000/2000 an acre I'd say.
