South-central Nebraska | Area land sales pretty much paint a clear picture of the valuation for an area. I've always pretty much accepted them as is and consider it part of the responsibility of being fortunate of owning some land. My brother called the other day all P-off about the raise and wondered if he should fight it. I don't know if my reasoning was enough for him or not. Now his house is another story and I can see how buildings and houses may have some differences. I have brought up some issues on them before. | |
