I have not timed my 352 but I think I could grind 8+ ton per hour in corn. What kills you is adding mineral and moving to dump etc. If you are set up that you don't move much or you got say a 355 or 358 NH mill you would do more (they are bigger tanks and the 358 has a bigger mill too) A stationary electric is ok but you have to have all your grain in one place and if you are emptying out a bin you have to be there to shovel while you wait and it would take a good sized electric mill to beat a tractor mill with 100 hp.
