Ripley, Ontario Canada | How fine are you going?
I have a NH 352 (16 inch hammer mill) and with a 1/4 or 3/8 screen I run it with about 50 hp. I can grind as fast as a 4 inch auger will deliver, could do a bit more. Likely 4-5 ton per hour, depends how you are set up to add all the other stuff and how far you have to go to dump.
I would have to do 250 batches a year to make your 500 ton, basically a batch every weekday.
