A few years ago the neighbor had the same situation. Renters would not leave.There was an acre and a barn out back of the house. I told him I think I can get them out. Had a honey wagon and took a few loads of liquid hog manure and spread it all around the barn lot within a few feet of the house. Well it is July and hot and humid. Within 2 days they were gone. The smell that time of the year can get pretty bad that close to it.  Good luck, you might want to get creative.
