SE Nebraska | We managed to garnish the renters deposits with electric, gas, directv, and cell companies. To keep service on, they had to pay. Even got the deposit from new landlord, who was p***ed. Lawyer cost some up front, but got his fees added to the judgement. Have sold the judgement to a collection agency for 50 to 70 cents on the dollar as well. better than nothing. Sold the rental and no more headaches. | |
