To get a court date,hear the case and then the judge gives them about a month,,,,then you better hope the sheriff is in the mood and considers he is not too busy to go do the eviction
good luck and turn them in to collection bureau if you can,,,half of something is better than all of nothing. Judgements dont seem to help unless they have "TOYS" to seize,,,meaning not their car or furniture OR they are CEO of local business.
