Amherst WI | To be fair though land prices were soft then because nobody had any money except for those who always have money.
I have a landlord who says the same thing about one farm I rent from him. The first crop he grew on it paid for it but at the time potato prices collapsed and he bought it on a sheriff sale.
Situations like that happen but you have to be the only guy in the room with money and chances are your not 25 years old when all of this happens. | |
